The Philippine Normal University Library and Information Science Alumni Association, Inc. (PNULISAA Inc.) is a non-stock and non-profit corporation under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with SEC registration number A200114750. It upholds rights of members such as:

To exercise the right to vote on all matters relating to the affairs of the association.
To be eligible to any elective or appointive office of the association.
To participate in all deliberations/meetings of the association.
To avail of all the facilities of the association; and
To examine all the records or books of the association during business hours.

THE ASSOCIATION

MISSION

The Philippine Normal University Library and Information Science Alumni Association (PNULISAA), Inc. aims to provide leadership for the development, promotion, and improvement of library and information services and the profession of librarianship in order to enhance learning and ensure access to information for all Filipinos.

OBJECTIVES

To encourage camaraderie and wholesome relationship among members;
To promote understanding, cordiality and cooperation among members;
To encourage networking, resource sharing and open communication among members;
To encourage intellectual growth and preserve the high standard of professionalism among members;
To promote and support the projects and activities of the association for the advancement of the library profession;
To encourage the practice of the Librarian Code of Ethics and uphold the dignity of the profession;
To perform other acts necessary to promote the interest and welfare of the Association pursuit of the above objectives in accordance with the Association’s Articles and By-Laws and not in any manner contrary to the existing Philippine laws, rules and regulation.
